Inter Milan defeat Spurs in the early stages of the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Inter Milan had to come from behind to steal all 3 points to impressively mark their return to the Champions League  after a seven year absence from the competition. Tottenham came into having lost their last to matches and they hoped they could get something from this match to improve their morale and it looked like they were on track to do so as Eriksen gave the the lead in the second half as it took a deflection of an inter defender.

Inter Milan went in search of an equalizer and their wish came through as he scored a stunning goal, one that would be a contender for the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE goal of the season.

 A draw would have been enough for Tottenham but Inter Milan wasn't ready to allow spurs go home with something as in the 90th minute, Vecino put Inter Milan in front after Miranda nodded a cross back into the danger area for Vecino to send a looping header over Harry Winks and into the back of the net.

Inter's win seemed to have put much more pressure on Tottenham who have now lost 3 matches in a row.
