After Arsenal's poor start in the Premier League under the Unai Emery's era , they seem to have gotten back on track after losing to Manchester city and Chelsea at the start of the season. The Gunners were looking for their 3rd win in a row against a Newcastle side who's yet to win their first Premier League match this season, Newcastle were able to hold their opponents until the second half and just after the break, in the 49th minute Arsenal took the lead through an amazing free kick from Granit Xhaka, the midfielder was able to curl his effort to the top right corner with a little bit of power, it was able to scale past the keeper.

Nine minutes later, Arsenal got their second as Mesut Ozil who has been recently criticized by fans for his lack of effort  in the team got the second as he placed his low left footed shot into the bottom corner.

  In the closing stages of the game, Newcastle's Ciaran Clark got a consolation goal for them as they are still yet to pick up their first win of the season. Although it was a good and important win for Arsenal, something seemed to have surprised the fans, Aubameyang's reaction when he was substituted in the 69th minute. The new Arsenal boss gave the Gabon international the hook as mhkitaryan was brought on to replace him which looked to have made him angry. Although Aubameyang enjoyed a stellar first season at the club, he is yet to recapture that form after scoring just a single goal in their first 5 matches. By the look of things, Aubameyang may be on the move again as this recent incident looked to have sparked transfer rumors.
