EX-POLICE CHIEF AND HIS WIFE HAVE BEEN ASSASSINATED IN IMO STATE

Retired deputy commissioner of police Mr.Innocent Brown and his wife have been murdered

Mr. and Mrs. Brown were assassinated in the early hours of Thursday at home in Umuokor community, Obowo Local Government Area of Imo State.

However, the details of how they both died are still very unclear.
The Police Public Relations Officer ( PPRO) of Owerri  Orlando Ikeokwu, explained that he hasn't been fully briefed on the matter, Due to the really sensitive nature of the crime, thorough investigation to get to the bottom of the matter has begun.
Both bodies were deposited at Umulogho Mercy Hospital Mortuary in Obowo Imo State.
