KOGI STATE GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN BARRED FROM PROBING CHIEF JUDGE AND CHIEF REGISTRAR
Kogi State house of assembly looking to probe Judge.
Kogi State high court has just recently barred the Kogi state government and the states House of Assembly from making moves against the Chief Judge Justice Nasiru Ajanah and the Chief Registrar, Yahaya Adamu in order to allow them carry on their duties.
The state judiciary immediately took action by a sequel to a petition to the House of assembly by the Secretary to the State Government. Folashade Arike Ayoade stated that there's a disagreement between Executive and Judiciary arms of the state.
Ayoade is on trial before High Court 1, the CJ’s court, on charges proffered against her by the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offenses Commission (ICPC).
