MANCHESTER UNITED FLOP AT ANFIELD

SUPER- SUB SHAQIRI PUT  UNITED TO THE SWORD.

Xhedran Shaqiri scored twice to bail out Alisson following a terrible error in the first half to secure a 3-1 win over Manchester United that took Liverpool back to the top of the League Table.

United looked on course for a commendable point after Alisson gifted Lingard a first half equalizer but substitute Shaqiri hit the back of the net twice in the final 17 minutes to end Liverpool's 8 matches winless run against Manchester United in the league.

The lead didn't last long despite their dominant display as an error from Alisson gave Lingard the chance to equalize.

  Shaqiri was brought on for Nabil Keita in the 70th minute and scored two deflected goals to increase pressure on Mourinho.
