TANKER EXPLODES AT FORTE OIL FILLING STATION ON FRIDAY(VIEW PHOTOS)

In Lagos Ikeja, Friday was a very busy day at the Murtala Muhammed Local Airport following a fire outbreak at Forte oil filling station which is owned by popular business mogul Femi Otedola.
The fire which started around 2pm saw people running helter skelter to safety which led to a terrible traffic jam within the route of the airport The spokesperson for Lagos Airport Police Command DSP Joseph Alabi told reporters that the fire outbreak occurred while the tanker was discharging fuel at fuel dump, and during the process, the fire outbreak occurred, it was a terrible disaster because everywhere was burnt but we recorded no casualty.
Firefighters from the Lagos State Fire Service and also from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria.
The fire was put out and calmness was restored without causing damages to other buildings.
